Design Characteristic
 
  1. Pure sine wave output: compared with square wave and corrected sine wave(staircase), this design has a better on load effect and stronger on load capacity. This equipment can support inductive load, and any other types of general AC load devices, such as refrigerator, television and radio etc. equipments, no interference and noise, and not affect the loading equipment's performance and life.
  2. High stability: this system has protection function for overvoltage, under-voltage, overload, overheating, short circuit, reverse connection, so as to ensure the stability.
  3. LED indicator: indicate the protection status and battery voltage status.
  4. High-efficiency transformer isolation: high efficiency, low no-load loss.
  5. Digital intelligent control: core device uses powerful single-chip microcomputer for control, peripheral circuit uses simple structure; powerful control mode and flexible control strategy can ensure excellent performance and stability.
  6. Optional back-to-back switch: The back-to-back switch can automatically switch the load to the grid power supply when battery is shortage voltage or inverter device happens failure, so as to guarantee the stability of the power supply;
 
Function introduction
1. Inverter output function: turn on the "inverter switch" in the front panel, the inverter immediately transfers the electric energy into pure sine wave AC, then exports it out from "AC output" in the rear panel;
2. Automatic voltage regulation function: when the battery voltage fluctuates between under-voltage point and over-voltage point, and the load changes within the rated power, the device can automatically regulate voltage output.
3. Overvoltage protection function: when battery voltage goes higher than the "overvoltage point", the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, "battery status" indicator light will flash on the front panel, at the same time, the buzzer will have alarm sound. When voltage drops down to "overvoltage recovery point", the inverter back to work.
4. Undervoltage protection function: when battery voltage is lower than "under voltage point", in order to avoid damage to the battery discharge, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output; Under this condition, "battery status" indicator light will flash on the front panel, and at the same time, the buzzer makes alarm sound. When voltage increases to "under voltage recovery point", the inverter back to work. If the back-to-back switch is selected, the system will automatically switch to grid output if under-voltage.
5. Overload protection function: if AC output power surpasses over rated power, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, "protection status" indicator light flashing on the front panel, meanwhile buzzer makes alarm. Close the "inverter switch" in front panel, "overload" disappear. Before re-start, check and make sure if the load condition is within the allowed range, then open the "inverter switch", restore the inverter output.
6. Short circuit protection function: if the AC output happens short circuit, this device will automatically cut off the inverter output, "protection status" indicator light flashing on the front panel, meanwhile buzzer makes alarm. Close the "inverter switch" in front panel, "overload" disappear. Before re-start, check and make sure the output circuit no problem, then open the "inverter switch",  restore the inverter output.
7. Overheating protection function: if the inside part of internal control occurs over-temperature, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, "protection status" indicator light keeps bright on the front panel, meanwhile buzzer makes alarm. After the temperature returned to normal, restore the inverter output.
8. Battery reverse connection protection function:
First of all, Battery reverse connection is strictly prohibited!!!
Equipment has perfect battery reverse connection protection function, once reversed the battery positive and negative polarity, over-current protection switch on the inverter case will trip automatically to avoid damage to the battery and equipment.
9. Optional back-to-back switch function: if choose the back-to-back switch function, when battery is shortage voltage or inverter device happens failure, the device will automatically switch to the gird power supply load, so as to guarantee the stability of the power supply. After the inverter back to normal work, it will automatically switch back to inverter power supply.
